Let the beast rage within you
Ride his ecstasy!

This feeling of life
The fur that is growing
Can’t be tamed by a knife
And it all races through you
Like foxfire burns
You must sate the beast…
Or else you will turn!

And to run through the woods
On paws fast as light
Merge with the beast
And hunt through the night!
The great excitation
Of flying on paws
Kill your prey swiftly,
With great, tearing jaws -
In beast-form you’re wild;
Free from human laws!

Oh, what do they know,
Those two-legged men?
You master the night,
Changing again and again!

But the beast rules you mind
The beast is your soul,
Your companion, your mind -
(There is no escape)
You’re no part of mankind!
