Here's some of the poetry I've written. It doesn't have a Greater Purpose; most of these pieces were my responses to books or movies I thought particularly inspiring. I've found that poetry is an extremely expressive medium; unlike literary works, the poet must find the best way to express their emotions in the fewest words possible while still maintaining the reader's attention. Guardian Demon    I wrote this after seeing Hellboy. It's one of my favorites. Poetic Wedding Present    This was written as an in-game wedding present in Nero. The Sleeper Must Awaken    This is a response to Dune that I wrote when I was learning just what it means to grow up. Torch    Finals can be overwhelming and depressing…this was my way of reminding myself to never stop working. Nightfall    My response to a pretty sunset. Werewolf!    All right, it’s self-explanatory. I think the idea of werewolves is neat. Safe Dreams    I wrote this for a friend of mine while they were going though a really rough time. It’s sappy and cute, but it cheered them up.
